About On-Demand Geofilters for Wedding and Events
On-Demand Geofilters are limited to 30 days in duration, and 5,000,000 square feet in space. The price is calculated based on the amount of square feet the Geofilter covers and the amount of time it’s displayed for. The prices increases in proportion to increases in space and time.

PROMOTIONAL MESSAGING
Within On-Demand Geofilters, there are two geofilter types: a personal geofilter and a business geofilter. Personal Geofilters can be used for personal events, such as birthday parties. However, these cannot have promotional messaging in them.
The second option is a Business Geofilter. Much like a Personal Geofilter, it costs the same and has the same features, but Business Geofilters are allowed to include promotional messaging,branding, and logos.
Business Geofilters are required to provide a business name to Snapchat. The business name will be shown next to text that reads “Sponsored by (your business name)” when the user swipes onto it. This let’s the user know that the Geofilter is not provided by Snapchat or a personal Geofilter, but rather promoted by you.

USAGE METRICS
Another benefit of On-Demand Geofilters are the usage metrics. You’re provided with a dashboard that includes the stats and history of all your On-Demand geofilters. With an On-Demand Geofilter, you’re able to see how many times your geofilter was used and viewed.
QUICK AND EASY REVIEW PROCESS
Lastly, is the review process. On-Demand Geofilters are temporary and purchased, which allows Snapchat to be less strict with them in the review process. As a result, On-Demand Geofilters are much easier to be accepted than Community Geofilters.
It’s common for carefully designed Community Geofilters to be rejected once or twice before getting accepted. While at it’s rare for a carefully designed On-Demand Geofilter to be rejected at all.
On-Demand Geofilters are reviewed the next business day, and you’ll get prompt email response on its status. This may be important to you if you’re creating a Geofilter for a time-sensitive event, especially when compared to the Community Geofilter review process.
